AMAZING COMPANY!!! I called several companies to get quotes on replacing a very old water heater. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly concerned with quality customer service. I ended up getting a hybrid water heater and the gentlemen showed up right on time, explained what they would be doing, performed a perfect replacement and cleaned up after themselves. Over the weekend our water heater stopped working. After receiving 4 estimates we chose West End Plumbing. The other plumbers offered the same or similar service, equipment and warranties... but, West End seemed more transparent and interested in providing the best services. They were also prices a bit better. The work was great and they even cleaned up the messy job someone else did 15 years ago. I recommend this company.

West End Plumbing was courteous from the administrator I spoke to on the phone to the gentlemen they sent to work on my plumbing leak. They gave me advice on my different options to fix my leaky hot water line going thru my slab to my wash room. No pressure, respected my concerns and stuck to the quoted price. I am so happy I called West End to help change out my kitchen faucet! From the first phone call, to the quick response by Gary and James, I knew I’d chosen the right plumbing company. Gary and James were very professional, wore masks for safety, were very friendly and personable, and even played with my big puppy for a minute! Once again, West End Plumbing to the rescue! The guest bathroom toilet kept running, so I turned off the water at the water intake line - big mistake! The valve itself started leaking, a lot! Had to turn off the water to the house. Baltimore came out promptly, diagnosed and explained clearly what my options were, and set about doing the repairs quickly and efficiently, even neatly wrung out and folded that towels that I'd used to soak up the leaking water! (You may take the man out of the Marines, but you can never take the Marine out of the man) An excellent job by the good people at West End Plumbing!

We had your service tech Gary at our home this morning and he installed a food waste disposer. This is the second time he has done work for us and he is fantastic. I would like to take a moment to share with you the experience I had with your company. My kitchen faucet handle broke off on Memorial Day weekend. I spoke to a young lady named Lindsey on Saturday and set the appointment for Monday.
Monday morning at 7:45 I received a call from Alana. She advised I was first on the list and a technician would be there by 9:00. Exactly at 9:00 the technician, Don, was at my door. By 10:00 everything was fixed. He showed me how to operate the new faucet and explained all the features. I would like to comment on his work ethics - he was very professional and very efficient. I was extremely impressed when he brought in a tarp that he put down, along with rags to catch the mess. He tidied up and the area was neat and clean when he finished.
This whole process was most pleasant! From your office staff, to the plumbing technician, I was extremely happy.
I will definitely recommend your company to all family and friends who may need your services.

From the 1st call, thru the completion of the hot water heater installation EVERYTHING was done so professional. When they said we will be there at 4:00, we got a call at 3:40 saying our installers will be there in 20 mins, sure enough they were. The two installers worked great, everything done right and they cleaned up behind themselves. They took the time to explain what they did, explained the warranty and 18 months no interest financing helped greatly. If I could give them 10 stars plus I would. We had a water leak underneath our very old water heater. We called West End Plumbing and spoke to the girl at their local office. She was very friendly and guided us through the process of getting someone out to diagnose the problem and install a new water heater. I had some technical questions, so she put the owner, Adam, on the line. Adam was very helpful and even gave us his personal number in case I had any additional questions. After answering all of my questions, Adam himself, set up an appointment for his plumbers to come out and replace my water heater that same morning. Who does that these days?
Two very professional plumbers, Joe and Gary, showed in less than two hours. They determined that the water leak could be coming from the wall, not the heater. After some wall removal, they found a pipe behind the wall that was corroded and leaking. Joe and Gary were very knowledgeable in explaining how the repair would be done. They quickly went to work, repaired the leak. Because the heater was so old, we still replaced it. They did a great job! Very clean installation - welding and pipe work was professionally done, A+. Great company! We would definitely recommend them.

It's easy to rate a business 5 stars when everything goes according to plan. To me, the truest sign of a great business is how it handles those rare instances when the job is more complicated than originally anticipated. West End Plumbing, more specifically its owner Adam, is committed to fairness no matter the circumstances. Next time I need a plumber, I wouldn't think to call anyone else.

I can not say enough on how professional and quick these plumbers are. We had a serious back up in our main drain and they were here within an hour. Marc came out and he was awesome. He was able to clear the issue and we are better then new. Adam, the owner, was who we spoke to and he reassured us all would be taken care of. I highly recommend West End Plumbing!!!!

My name is Phyllis and I recently had a problem with my bathroom toilet. Not knowing of anyone who did plumbing, I turned to the Sharp Saver magazine I had and saw your ad. When I called, Randi answered in a pleasant and professional manner. I told her that I had water on the bathroom floor and it kept flushing. She went on to call Gary who was at my house within 2 hours. AMAZING in this day and age!! He was very pleasant and professional and had my problem fixed within 2 hours. He was polite even when I asked many questions. I have told everyone about your company and how pleased I am with your service and employees.

I have been a customer of West End Plumbing for 2 1/2 years. They are by far the best plumbing company that I have ever had! I have never had any problems with any of their work. In fact, of all my contractors, they are the only one that has never had to come back to fix any of their work. The service is the best! The owner is very responsive. Their prices are great.
